Who processes your data?

What data is used, and why?
The request includes your name, email, phone number if provided, customer type, issue type and description, and support preference. This data is used to assess your request, contact you and arrange the support you requested. Do not send passwords or confidential information.
How does this form work?
When you submit the form, the data is sent over a secure connection to FormSubmit, which forwards the request to support@elsonmoreira.com. Sending does not open your email app. The website does not store the request in its own database; the fields remain on the page while it is open, and your browser may use its own autofill features.
FormSubmit processes the request and emails it to support@elsonmoreira.com, which is forwarded to Elson Moreira's Gmail inbox. FormSubmit and Google take part in transmitting and storing the message under their respective terms and policies. The website hosting infrastructure may process technical data needed to provide and secure the service, such as your IP address. See the FormSubmit privacy policy.
Legal basis and retention
The consent given on the form allows your data to be processed to respond to your enquiry. When you request a service, processing may also be necessary for pre-contractual steps you have requested and to perform that service. Applicable legal obligations may require certain records to be retained.
FormSubmit says it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days. Email messages should be kept only for as long as needed to respond to the request and follow up on the service, subject to applicable legal obligations. You can ask about the retention of your data using the contact details above. The external provider may process data outside the European Economic Area; see its policy for information about that processing.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, email support@elsonmoreira.com.

Analytics cookies and external services
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-KW9YJGR37Z) to understand visits and pages viewed. With your consent, Google Analytics may use analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_*, and process information about your browsing, browser and device, and approximate location. Google Analytics loads only after you select “Accept”. If you select “Reject”, the website does not load Google Analytics. Google Ads conversion tracking is not used.
Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage and can be changed at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. If you withdraw consent, the website stops sending analytics data and removes analytics cookies that it can control. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. FormSubmit receives data only when you send the form and may process technical data needed for delivery and abuse prevention. The website does not embed other external maps, videos or fonts.
